This role is based in our office located in Draper, Utah, and you must live within a 60-mile radius.

Your Day-to-day- Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
- Provide top tier support and service to our customers
- Start Date: Monday, June 10, 2024
- In-Office Training, 100% attendance required: 3 weeks, Full Time, Monday-Friday, 11:30AM-8:00PM
- Full Time Shift Only after Training: Monday through Thursday, 11:30AM-8:00PM, Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM
- Rotating Saturdays Required: 7:00AM-11:00AM
- Compensation: $16.00 /HR BONUS (Additional base pay based on experience)
- 5% Language Differential for those that are verified for Spanish fluency
- Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Experience deescalating and/or negotiating with customers in a professional environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, must also be 18 years or older
