Mortgage and Collections Representative (Work from home)

Do you enjoy talking with people? Are you looking for a work-from-home position? We have a perfect job for you!! Our client in Cleveland, TN is seeking Customer Service Reps to add to their Mortgage and Collections department. Our client specializes in bad debt collections. APPLY NOW!
Responsibilities:
- Must effectively manage all assigned accounts
- Satisfy the assigned minimum number of phone calls/attempts per day
- Achieve monthly budget requirements
- Provide clear and concise information to debtors and have excellent follow up skills
- After training, a collector must be conversant with the software used, FDCPA laws and will be comfortable delivering “talk offs” to debtors
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bank and retail experience is a plus
- Proven performance with emphasis calls, contacts, promises, payment overage and all elements of bank and retail experience
- Must understand the negotiation process and be able to obtain the maximum possible payment relative to each consumers financial situation
