Collections Representative Responsibilities:- Meet collection goals
- Assist with loan processing
- Attend training sessions
- Help maintain branch compliance
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
Hours For Collections Representative:- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Full-time
- Average 5 hours of overtime each week
- Overtime pay for hours over 40
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- At least 1 Saturday off each month
- Location hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
Collections Representative Requirements:- Collections, customer retention, or call center experience
- Able to work the listed hours
- Good computer & customer service skills
