Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Cocktail experience is required. Work well with or without direct supervision. Must be flexible to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the restaurant. Must be able to perform all related duties as assigned. Food Handling, CPR, and First Aid certificates preferable. Must attend Alcohol Awareness training program. Must be able to legally prove age of at least 21 years.
