Position Summary

It takes a pilot of the highest caliber to transport equipment and personnel across the globe. As a Mobility Pilot, you’ll utilize all aspects of aviation to fly these aircraft and complete these missions. You’ll deliver troops and lifesaving supplies all over the world and plan and prepare for missions involving in-flight refueling, intelligence and weather tracking, all of which serve an integral role to mission success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise mission planning, preparation and crew briefing.
• Pilot aircraft and command crew.
• Inspect load and equip aircraft to meet mission requirements.
• Conduct training of crew members and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; an undergraduate degree specializing in physical sciences, mathematics, administration or management is desirable.
• Commission as an officer in the Air Force Reserve
• Eligibility for a top-secret security clearance
• Successful completion of the eight-week Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB,AL
• Completion of Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training (SUPT)
