What we are looking for:
We are in search of a Director of Clinical Services to round out our corporate management team. The perfect candidate will be independent, well versed in clinical processes and quality improvement strategies, organized and able to drive improvement. You will aid the Communities as a regional resource in the identification of campuses in need of assistance with resident care, quality service, and regulatory support. You will provide day-to-day support and management needed to assist with the stabilization of the communities.
In collaboration with senior leadership, you will develop work plans, set community goals, and monitor expected dates for goal completion. You will be expected to work a flexible schedule and must be willing to travel among different locations on a routine basis.
Responsibilities:
Assists the head of Operations to ensure facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing achieve success in their roles.
Works closely with Operations and Sales to orient and train team members on Quality Improvement.
Works with recruiting teams at Corporate and campuses to ensure qualified management and staff are hired and trained, as well as company policies, guides, and forms are implemented and followed
Ensures that:
Ensures that follow-up communication occurs to complainants and that substantiated complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the complainant.
Ensures the delivery of standardized or specialized training programs for front line staff at the community.
Provides skills competency testing of staff, as required.
Assists the regional and community leadership teams with a resolution of difficult staffing and scheduling issues.
Maintains an awareness and strong working knowledge of changing regulations and recommendations on the Federal, State and even
County levels at each location, providing recommendations to senior leadership based on this knowledge.
Creates policies, processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.
