As Acute Care Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative pharmacy operations for the respective hospital. The Acute Care Pharmacy Director will manage teams of 40 FTEs, develop service line policies and procedures, ensure regulatory readiness, train pharmacy staff and lead recruitment activities, manage department financials, and collaborate with hospital executive leadership teams.

- Prior leadership experience highly desirable
