Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages professional services for assigned projects concerning design, construction, development, or installation of hospital buildings and facilities. Oversees all aspects of construction including progress, timing, costs and contracts. Being a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager directs construction, equipment installation, renovation and redesigning projects. Works with hospital departments to ensure design changes, equipment specifications/substitutions, purchasing and accounting procedures are in alignment with business objectives. Additionally, Clinical Facilities Planning Manager develops and designs feasibility studies for review. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Facilities Planning Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Clinical Facilities Planning Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Manager/Project Architect with a proven track record in leading commercial and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from concept design to construction completion, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    · Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, with a primary focus on commercial and hospitality sectors.

    · Oversee all aspects of project development, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.

    · Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure project objectives are met.

    · Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

    · Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    · Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff members as needed.

    · Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and excellence.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.

    · Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.

    · Registered architect with a valid license preferred.

    · Proven track record of successfully managing complex architectural projects from inception to completion.

    · Strong technical proficiency in architectural software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

    · Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

    · Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

    · Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation preferred.
