Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is essential to the successful administration and management of Health Partnership Clinic including driving the direction of business functions. Working collaboratively with leadership, this position manages the advancement of the company’s vision, mission, and values and includes a combination of both day-to-day process support and program/process development.

· Chief Liaison to all external IT contract and service providers.
· Works with IT service vendor to ensure the EHR’s IT related needs are being met and remain compliant with the industry standard. (This includes but is not limited to IT-Security, software and hardware, phones, and copiers/printers).
· Works with the IT service vendor to set forward-thinking goals that impact the overall efficiency of the company.
· Writes and maintains IT related policies and procedures to promote their implementation.
