Customer Relationship Manager The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for using data analysis of the account history to improve business relationships with their clients and customers, specifically focusing on customer retention and ultimately driving sales growth. The CRM must compile data from a range of different communication channels to learn more about their account behaviors and how to best cater to their needs, specifically managing and providing data to customers regarding warranties, response times and year over year analysis of Stanley’s performance. Additionally, the CRM will be creating and driving process improvements within the CRM team, managing online customer portals and processing all claims including door history, and communication with the field teams. What You Will Do: Facilitate the flow of communication as it relates to service repair quotes and approvals; this may include e-mail, phone or communication through the company’s digital tools Act as company point of contact for communication between the account and the customer, provide the customer with status updates, eta’s, and facilitate questions regarding work orders within your designated accounts, including gathering customer requirements, deadlines and ensure all of these needs are met timely and efficiently. Utilize SAP software tools, and customer portals to prepare updated reports of service history to better partner with your clients and seek areas of opportunity for growth within the account. Maintain National Account contracted protocols, and customer requested service level agreements. Attend customer weekly calls, with national account manager to give updates on calls, current issues, and respond to questions on the account. Respond to account representatives in a timely manner with accurate and detailed information that will pertain to the accounts open work orders, ETAs, and billing resolution. Identify and implement process improvements within the company branches, and customers to ensure positive customer retention. Utilize customer portal information and Microsoft Excel to create data analysis on customer history, open and completed service orders, and current open call averages to better understand current customer needs.   What You Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s Degree OR 3 years of customer service or project management experience in a service industry Additional Preferred Requirements: Superior Communication and Interpersonal Skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook Strong ability to multi-task across multiple mediums Great attention to detail Must be dependable, reliable and need minimal supervision Self Sufficient and Resourceful, out of the box thinking Why Work for Us?
