  • Summary: Administratively supports claims department by performing the following duties.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Performs claim support tasks such as answering telephones, scanning, form letters, request work and other clerical functions as directed.
    • Reviews incoming mail for handling or direction to appropriate recipients.
    • Electronically attaches pertinent documents to claim file.
    • Has good understanding of the general knowledge required for the assignment. Is considered to be an experienced professional

    Education/Experience:
