Responsibilities include :
Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team.
Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you
Make a great first impression when speaking with leads
Correctly qualify leads for Aptives service
Input data into the leads contact record without errors
Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team
Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way
Expected to have an answer rate of 98%
