Immediate Opportunity: Appointment Specialist

Join our team as a residential, full- or part-time Appointment Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our residential solar sales efforts by identifying potential clients and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

Pro Terra Solar Technologies, LLC, leads the way in providing sustainable energy solutions, specializing in advanced solar power systems.

PLEASE NOTE: This position is not remote; it requires in-person and field attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients interested in Solar services through proactive calling.

· Dedicate your time to arranging sales appointments for the Solar Specialist team.

· Manage and track prospecting activities and follow-ups.

· Collaborate closely with Sales Management to coordinate appointment schedules.

Qualifications:

· Availability for part-time work (20 hours per week), Availability for part-time work (30-40 hours per week)

· Must be physically present; this is not a remote position.

· Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.

· Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills.

· Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting preferred, but not necessary.

· Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.

· Demonstrated stability in previous roles within telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or new business development.

Compensation:

· $100-$200 commission offered for each successfully scheduled appointment.

· Earn bonuses for appointments that result in a sale.

· Uncapped (Commission-based)
