    Job Summary:
    As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of IBSS Corp., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of the organization. This executive leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in operations, finance, human resources, recruiting, contracts management, service delivery, and business development within the federal contracting landscape.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Leadership:
     Provide strategic guidance and leadership in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
     Streamline and enhance operational efficiency across departments.
     Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

    2 . Financial Management:
     Work closely with the CFO to ensure sound financial management and budgetary control.
     Analyze financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
     Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

    3. Human Resources and Recruiting/Talent Acquisition:
     Lead the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
     Develop and implement HR policies and programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
     Collaborate with recruiting/Talent dpartment/team to attract and retain top talent.

    4. Contracts Management:
     Oversee the end-to-end contracts lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
     Mitigate risks associated with contracts and implement best practices in contract management.
     Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts.

    5. Service Delivery:
     Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality services to federal clients.
     Monitor and assess service performance, implementing improvements as needed.
     Foster a client-centric approach and maintain strong client relationships.

    6. Business Development:
     Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the business development strategy.
     Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the federal contracting space.
     Strengthen existing client relationships and expand the company's footprint in themarket.

    Qualifications:
     Proven experience as a COO or in a similar executive leadership role within a federal contracting company.
     Strong background in operations, finance, HR, recruiting, contracts management, and business development.
     In-depth knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements.
     Excellent leadership and people management skills.
     Exceptional strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
     Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
     Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
