For a network company focused on connecting and supporting female leaders (Project 1972, Inc. d/b/a Chief, New York, NY): lead and scale Chief’s clubhouse program; manage the development of new spaces in addition to running the day to day operations of existing spaces; manage, lead and develop Clubhouse Managers; support and guide Clubhouse Teams in resolving issues and needs related to Member experience; plan, coordinate and shape the operation of Food and Beverage department across all flagships; ensure regular communication with the VP/CXO regarding goals, achievements and action plans to ensure accountability with the team; oversee F&B Strategy and P&L across all clubhouses, including headcount, menu development and planning, inventory tracking and POS systems; strategize new ways to drive revenue, attendance and engagement within clubhouses; responsible for the Clubhouse service experience in all areas of the Member Clubhouse journey and Food & Beverage experience; work cross-functionally with MX, Community, Events, Marketing, Finance, Product, Data and Membership to strategize areas of improvement and inform them of new happenings; oversee OPEX to ensure accurate tracking and identify areas of improvement; oversee cohesive process for all new space openings and operational launches, with clear timelines and objectives; work collaboratively and proactively communicate across all internal departments involved in new openings; work with the People Team to create and maintain local operation job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a Clubhouse Manager.
The required experience must include developing and implementing operational strategies and processes, club operations, financial management, customer service and member satisfaction, strategic planning and execution, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, building and maintaining membership base, market research and analysis, budgeting, optimizing resources and cost control.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Deck and Salesforce software.
