Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Manage the utilization and maintenance of CNC machines and other specialized equipment.
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust processes to improve efficiency and output.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and personnel management.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures.
• Address and resolve any production or quality issues promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage the plant’s budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
• Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance, including financial and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a plant management role, preferably with CNC machines and specialized equipment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.

Skills and Abilities:
