We're looking for a Junior Loan Officer who's passionate about helping people on their journey to homeownership. In this role, you'll be the friendly face clients first meet, guiding them through the mortgage application process, and staying in touch throughout their home search.

What You'll Do:

• Qualify New Prospects: You'll assess new clients, ensuring they meet our initial criteria.
• Convert Prospects into Pre-Approvals: Use your skills to analyze applications and pre-approve clients for their mortgage status.
• Generate Scenarios for Clients: Help clients understand their options by creating various mortgage scenarios tailored to their needs.
• Track Approval Status: Keep a close eye on where clients are in the approval process.
• Collect and Organize Documents: Gather all necessary paperwork to support their applications.
• Be a Resource: Answer any questions they have about buying a home, making the process as smooth as possible.
• Communicate Expertly: Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners through excellent communication.

Work Options:

• On-site work is required for the first 6-12 months. After this period, hybrid or remote options may become available depending on additional factors.
