Infuze Credit Union, exceeding $350 million in assets and located in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, is currently in search of a senior lending executive to become their new Chief Lending Officer. While reporting to the President/CEO of the credit union, the Chief Lending Officer will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall direction of the credit union’s lending program, including the Consumer, Mortgage, Commercial and Collections Departments. This position requires a strategic senior leader who possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills, exceptional leadership ability, and proven history in growing a sound loan portfolio. The Chief Lending Officer should have the ability to assess financial, economic, and statistical data in order to manage risk and enhance the lending programs of the credit union. The ideal candidate will have five plus years of senior lending management experience and at least 20 years of lending experience within a financial institution.
