What You’ll Do: Enterprise Bank has an exciting opportunity in our Risk Management department. We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead the Bank’s information and cybersecurity program and our exceptional Information Security team! Working with all areas of the Bank, the CISO is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic and comprehensive enterprise information and cyber security risk management strategy and program that aligns with the overall strategy of the Bank. A key element of the CISO's role is working with executive management to determine acceptable levels of information security risk for the organization, developing an information security culture throughout the Bank, and collaborating with managers and team leaders to accept, adopt and reinforce our information security standards. The Chief Information Security Officer’s primary responsibilities also include setting policy standards for systems, team members, and customers that handle confidential information and to anticipate new threats and work with the Bank’s systems, team members and customers to prevent them from occurring.
