Guardian Flight is currently seeking a full time Flight Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our Communication Center in Honolulu, HI.
The Communication Center is a fast-paced environment where Flight Coordinators work both individually and in a team environment to coordinate requests for patient transports via air ambulance across the United States.
The Communication Center is responsible for customer interaction, coordinating aircraft arrivals for patient transport, and monitoring both helicopter and fixed wing aircraft in flight.
This exciting position promotes continued employee growth as you work closely with pilots, nurses, paramedics, aircraft mechanics and administrators to ensure our patients are flown to their destination in a safe and timely manner.
The Dispatch team works 12-hour shifts, scheduled for 7 shifts in a 14-day pay period (bi-weekly), with night shift currently available 7p-7a.
This schedule uniquely combines weekday / weekend shifts to allow employees a better work / life balance
