Job Opportunity: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Are you an accomplished and forward-thinking professional? We are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our global revenue strategy and drive sustainable growth across various industry sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing dynamic revenue strategies through multiple sales channels, including enterprise, partner, integrator, and direct sales. This role presents a compelling opportunity to shape our revenue trajectory and achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue generation strategies to achieve targets across the customer life cycle.
- Prioritize an exceptional customer experience with a global, customer-centric approach.
- Lead and motivate a global team of sales and revenue professionals to maximize performance.
- Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and innovate go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment in revenue-generating activities.
- Drive sales process innovation and technology enhancements to boost efficiency and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform revenue growth strategies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous revenue growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the revenue organization, emphasizing teamwork and accountability.
- Enhance brand visibility and market presence by representing the company at industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Deep understanding of the packaging industry landscape and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles driving revenue growth globally.
- Strong background in managing diverse, high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent strategic reasoning, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset focused on innovation and delivering measurable results.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 75% of the time.
