Key Responsibilities
Collaboration and Policy Development
Work closely with the Chief Nursing Officer to develop and implement policies that align with our mission and vision.
Quality Enhancement

Cross-Departmental Communication

Cost Management

Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Licensed Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
Inpatient psychiatric experience
Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a hospital setting or direct patient care
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
