This trusted outpatient Healthcare organization has earned its reputation for outstanding operations and customer satisfaction. Offering a wide array of diagnostic imaging services, including MRI, Computerized Tomography (CT), ultrasound, and traditional radiology, this organization has forged strong alliances with some of Oregon’s most trusted and recognized hospital and health systems.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO will provide financial and administrative leadership in collaboration with a tenured and high performing Executive Leadership Team. Working closely with the Vice President of Operations, the CFO will oversee all fiscal operations, develop innovative policy & programs, and institute a patient-first decision model to ensure continued profitability and future growth of the outpatient focused organization. This person should approach this role with vision and innovation, asking how things can be done, instead of dwelling on how things cannot be done.
The CFO will develop, implement, and evaluate new financial strategies aimed at improving operational performance for this growing imaging group. With growth and additional relationships in the Healthcare community, comes complexity. This person should have strong experience in healthcare finance, understanding the regulatory, reporting, and opportunities that a growing practice faces.
This person will play an important role in supporting and driving the ongoing growth of the organization and its service to the community. The Chief Financial Officer will eat, sleep, and breathe thoughtful operational methods, as they lead this bold financial management department. With a big mission laid out in front of it, the support of strong regional relationships driving revenue growth, and a tenured CEO leading the organization, the incoming Healthcare CFO will discover a supporting environment.
