    Pay: 60K-63 Bonus


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Achieve or exceed the annual sales goal for the assigned product line
    • Serve as the main point of contact for our secondary distributor (channel) partners
    • Initiate and conduct sales activities, both to channel partners, with channel partners, and in support of channel partners within the assigned territory
    • Understand channel partner business concepts, goals and strategies, and develop complementary approaches to create win-win sales activities
    • Recommend products and supply quotes to our channel partners
    • Maintain and manage relationships with decision makers and key team members at channel partners
    • Position is expected to develop a deep working knowledge of the products and be able to recommend appropriate products strategically to win opportunities. Training will be provided by both the organization & manufacturer, but taking time to read, view and learn all applicable product manuals, literature and presentations is mandatory to succeed
    • Maintain and organize marketing materials and demo units to facilitate the promotion of the products
    • Assist in coordinating channel partner events & webinars, as well as present webinar content
    • Assist in evaluating the performance of channel partners
    • Assist in identifying gaps in channel partner coverage
    • Assist in developing channel partners and recruiting new channel partners
    • Other duties as needed to support the growth and development of the market in the NA territory

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred but not a must
    • A bachelor's degree is preferred
    • Valid driver’s license

    Travel:

    • Approximately 50% - Company Vehicle Provided
    • Approximately 95% USA, 4% Canada, 1% Mexico
