    Rosemary & Rye Catering is adding a Warehouse Manager to our growing team. As a full-service food & beverage company we are looking for an organized and process-driven individual to help with day-to-day warehouse management.

    This individual must have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask on a variety of projects simultaneously, and be able to accurately distribute pertinent information both internally to all departments and related vendors.

    Responsibilities

    Include but are not limited to…

    • Following established inventory control and management procedures
    • Accurate and timely stocking of beverage warehouse products and equipment
    • Manage relationships with beverage vendors with regards to purchasing, preferred pricing and cost controls
    • Accurately pack for off-site events
    • Create and implement warehouse SOPs to increase safety and efficiency
    • Follow and enforce all safety policies
    • Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance
    • During events, anticipate any stock needs and help resolve onsite shortage issues
    • Recruit, Hire, train and schedule warehouse staff according to business needs

    Qualifications

    • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends when needed
    • Experience in a hospitality management environment (preferably in an off-premise catering or beverage catering environment)
    • Experience with inventory management, purchasing and cost controls
    • Experience managing a small team of hourly employees
    • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
    • Excellent organization, time management and team motivation skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Clean driving record, and basic knowledge of local area
    • Strong beverage knowledge is a plus
    • Experience with Nowsta and Caterease are a plus

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
