- Provide exceptional guest services before, during, and after events
- Manage incoming prospects through the sales process to gain the prospect as a client
- Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams within the company to ensure high-quality event experiences
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance event offerings
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in event planning and management
- Strong Sales experience (inside or outside)
