You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and convert sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and maximize customer retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and special offers to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and develop relationships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and partners to promote the Fresh Fork Meal Prep brand and drive sales growth.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product offerings, pricing, and delivery options.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
