Casino Shift Manager Assistant assists the shift manager with casino activities during an assigned shift. Coordinates casino gaming operations activities with departments to ensure total customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Being a Casino Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Maintains visual presence on casino floor. Additionally, Casino Shift Manager Assistant enforces corrective action against individuals caught cheating. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Casino parties don't involve any real gambling and are for fun only! If you’ve been to one, you know how awesome and fun they are. Being on the other side of the table is just as much fun!
Who is this the perfect opportunity for? Anyone who is free on Fridays and Saturdays and can show up to work a party! If you are retired or a college student, this is easy, FUN money! If you’re looking for a side gig for supplemental or seasonal income, THIS IS IT!

If you don’t have any experience and you’re interested, WE WANT YOU! We’ll train you to deal the games and get you up to speed!
The vast majority of our events are in Madison County, AL. From time to time we may host events in Birmingham, Tennessee... and even Kentucky! Most events are on Friday and Saturday nights. We host parties all year long, but our busiest season is November through January (Company holiday parties).
Dealer pay starts at $100 for a 3-hour shift with pay increases based upon the specific game being dealt. That’s just the standard rate. Our holiday rates are even higher and start at $50 an hour! You’ll be paid online (PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, etc.) within 48-72 hours after the event is over.
Your first event pays a $50 bonus, too!
Qualifications for Casino Party Dealers:
1. You must have a FUN PERSONALITY!
2. You MUST have reliable transportation to get to these events.
3. You show up to work on time!
4. You should be able to stand for up to 3 hours. (Most of our games are seated, however).
5. A simple understanding of basic math.
