- Maintain a superior beverage operation.
- Oversees entire operation with an emphasis on paying attention to detail, service standards, and overall shift supervision.
- Assists with floor management employee placement, overall operations, replenishment, and development of staff.
- Assists in maintaining attendance policies.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Leads by example.
- Assists in maintaining overall costs
- Assists in scheduling.
- Process maintenance work tickets and follows up to ensure the work
requested has been completed in a timely fashion.
- Consistently strives to improve the communication process with the team.
- Leads all employees in such a manner as to obtain the best service at
all times, at maximum work efficiency and at the highest level of quality.
- Uses good judgment, common sense, and fairness in decisions with all
employees.
Skills and Expectations:
Requires an understanding of Nightclub Hospitality, high level serving procedures, standards and the ability to comprehend and communicate. Must have an outgoing personality and be able to move quickly as things are always changing in a club scenario. Must have good attendance. Previous experience as a supervisor, in a hotel, restaurant or similar venue is preferred.
Bartending experience is a must!
