Bilingual Customer Service Associate Representative
Location: Remote but must be local to Birmingham, AL, or Austin, TX (possibility of going in-office/hybrid at manager discretion)
Pay Rate: $12-18/hour (exact rate pending based on location), paid weekly!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shift starting potentially as early as 7am CST and going as late as 9pm CST
Assignment Length: 6 months, with opportunity for extension/conversion pending performance, attendance and business need
Target Start Date: 07/5/2024, pending interview, and completion of new hire onboarding

*Training and Regular Schedule may vary by location, but on average is the first 2-3 weeks and is more standard business hours

Duties:
Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Customer Service tasks. Performs simple data entry, sorts requests, and maintains files. Understands simple instructions and procedures. Performs Customer Service duties under direct instruction and close supervision. Work is allocated on a day-to-day or task-by-task basis with clear instructions. Entry point into professional roles.

Education:

• HS Diploma or GED Required

Languages:

• English - Read, Write, Speak
• Spanish - Read, Write, Speak
