Cash Flow Analyst monitors the cash flow into and out of the organization. Shifts funds as needed in order to maintain liquidity requirements. Being a Cash Flow Analyst initiates or approves transfers or deposits in response to the funding needs of the organization. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Additionally, Cash Flow Analyst typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. I. JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
• The Patient Flow Administrative Coordinator (PFAC) provides administrative continuity and operations coordination (not exclusive to nursing) throughout The Queen's Medical Center (QMC). • This role is in support of the unit based, program based and senior leadership of QMC. • In the absence of the Senior Vice President or Vice President of any affected area, the PFAC has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions regarding patient throughput and appropriate escalation to the Administrator on-call.
II. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Essential: seeing, hearing, speaking. • Frequent: standing, sitting, walking, finger dexterity. • Infrequent: stooping/bending, reaching above at, and below shoulder, pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds, carrying up to 50 pounds. • Operates various hospital equipment and machines.
III. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
• May be subjected to adverse environmental conditions. • Area of assignment encompasses total institution.
IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: • Bachelor's degree in Nursing. • Master's degree preferred. • Current Hawaii State license as a Registered Nurse. • Evidence of continuing education. • Current BLS/HCP certification.
B. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum three (3) years progressive experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care facility. • Minimum three (3) years leadership experience in a hospital setting or related medical field. Equal Opportunity
