POSITION SUMMARY

ATM Up is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team. The Finance Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the portfolio of ATMs are efficiently using cash to maximize transactions, while minimizing the residuals that are returned when an ATM is replenished. Along with this, you will be responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, KPIs and Sponsorship & Funding bank compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent financial reporting skills, communication, and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. OBJECTIVES

• Forecast cash requirements for ATMs, minimizing residuals, while maximizing cash withdrawals
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends and forecast future performance
• Aggregate past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry into relevant systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Place cash orders with funding banks
• Ensure compliance with Sponsorship & Funding bank requirements
• Report weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Provide actionable insights to senior management
• Performs other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Ability to gather and skillfully analyze financial data and identify the information needed to solve a problem effectively
• A strong understanding of financial models and data analysis
• Strong capabilities for developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management
• Ability to thoroughly learn and implement the company’s proprietary technology and support platforms
• Ability to manage various projects at once with competing deadlines
• Exercises confidentiality as it relates to all business and client information
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to take direction

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• 3 years of accounting or finance experience required
• 2 years of financial reporting
• 2 years of ATM Cash Management experience preferred
• Software proficiency in Microsoft Suite

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Pay: $52,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
