Case Manager - Alcohol or Drug jobs in Oklahoma
Case Manager - Alcohol or Drug coordinates the overall plan of care for patients with alcohol or drug problems from admission to discharge. Acts as a liaison between patient/family and service delivery personnel to ensure patients are effectively evaluated and treated. Being a Case Manager - Alcohol or Drug works with management to maintain and improve overall quality of services. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field. Additionally, Case Manager - Alcohol or Drug requires a valid Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor(LCDC) license. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Case Manager - Alcohol or Drug occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Looking for an LADC or an LPC, LMFT, LBP, or LCSW with training necessary to provide substance abuse counseling. Can be under supervision for any of those licenses as long as there is training in substance abuse counseling. Services provided would include SUD assessments, individual and group counseling, and some case management. We provide outpatient substance abuse services in addition to having the Drug Court contract for Stephens County and would like to have someone motivated to work with this population. We are looking for a teamwork-oriented person who has a passion for helping those who are suffering from addiction. Our agency has a family-like atmosphere and we pride ourselves on being ethical and client centered.
