Title: Campus Recruiting Coordinator

Pay Rate $40.00/hr.

Must haves:

• As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll support the broader team in executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy and cycle.
• Partner with Recruiters on virtual and on-campus event management and execution.
• Manage applicant flow through ATS and other recruitment systems, including screening candidates for basic qualifications, initiating candidate assessments, and notifying candidates of status updates as needed.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which could include virtual interviews, panels, in-person or career hiring events.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Campus Recruiter: 3 years (Required)
• campus event management: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
