The Recruiter's primary role is the recruitment of all Behavior Technician. Duties include preparing and managing job postings on applicant pro website and external job boards, initial screening of applications and applicants, and coordination of scheduling for applicant interview. The recruiter extends the offer once a final decision is made, negotiates any issues/concerns with the candidate and follows up by providing a formal offer letter, coordinating completion of pre-employment paperwork and other onboarding processes. Assists and coordinates the development of strategic and comprehensive recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the company and department. Communication skills are required to persuade or gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas. Responsibility exists to ensure that internal customers are satisfied and meeting expectations.
