If so, we want you to join our team as a Recreation Program Director at Pennsylvania Place Retirement Community.

As a Recreation Director at Pennsylvania Place, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a wide range of activities for our residents. From fitness classes to arts and crafts to themed events, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and enthusiasm in providing our residents with an exceptional activities experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our residents to understand their interests and preferences, ensuring that our recreational programs are tailored to their needs. You will also collaborate with staff members to coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and promote events to ensure maximum participation. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating the success of each program and making necessary adjustments to enhance the overall recreational experience for our residents.

This is a full-time position with excellent pay and benefits.  Hours are Monday-Friday 9AM - 4PM.  Weekends are free to be with your family and friends.  Benefits include holidays off, along with BCBC Health Insurance.  Vision and dental insurance are also available.
