Campus Police Supervisor leads the investigation and apprehension of campus criminals. Protects life and property safety on campus. Being a Campus Police Supervisor ensures compliance with state laws, city ordinances, and university regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Campus Police Supervisor requires P. O.S.T. certification. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Campus Police Supervisor manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Campus Police Supervisor typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description
    The custodian will provide cleaning services for college facilities and ensure a clean, professional appearance of campus buildings is maintained at all times.

    Job Duties
    Work under the direction of immediate Supervisor and perform all duties as assigned.
    • Perform all duties assigned in a timely manner.
    • Accountable for all tools, equipment, and supplies issued.
    • Perform all duties observing safety procedures and utilizing proper equipment (safety glasses, gloves, caution tape/tags, wet floor signs, etc.)
    • Responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of campus facilities.
    • Assist with the movement of equipment and furniture as well as setup and teardown for campus functions.
    • Responsible for adhering to established procedures.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    • Work with other personnel as assigned.
    • Work on weekends, holidays, evening/nights, and all other hours as required.
    • Must be able to climb on ladders, work in confined spaces, and complete other physically demanding duties.
    Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

    Mandatory Qualifications
    M1 – High School Diploma or High School Equivalency
    M2 – Valid Driver’s license which must remain in good standing while employed
    M3 – Custodial experience
    M4 – Ability to communicate effectively with college personnel and students

    Desirable Qualifications
    D1 – Experience using a floor machine, buffer or extractor
    D2 – Three or more years of custodial experience
    D3 – Custodial experience in an educational setting
    D4 – Computer Experience
