Cabinetmaker and Bench Carpenter jobs in Texas

Our client is located in Northwest Houston and looking to add an Administrative / Inventory Assistant to their team on a contract basis. This is a short-term (3 month) contract role with possibility of extension. Must have experience in a warehouse setting and inventory experience as well.

**Target Pay** $20/hr. This is an ASAP need!

This role will involve walking from site to site to collect documentation, resolving any issues that arise, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office, exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

- Walk from site to site to collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.

- Assist in expediting tasks, ensuring timely completion of projects.

- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the documentation collection process.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth work-flow

- Maintain accurate records of documentation collected and tasks complete

Qualifications

- Must have experience in a warehouse setting.

- Inventory experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues.
