Job Description

Summary

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze, document, and validate business requirements & processes
• Develop technical solutions & strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity through effective use of technology
• Facilitate communication & collaboration between business units and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions

Responsibilities

• Gather & document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems & processes
• Analyze & evaluate business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement & optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop solutions that align with business goals & objectives
• Create detailed specifications, diagrams, and documentation to clearly communicate requirements & system designs to technical teams
• Work closely with developers, testers, and other IT professionals to ensure accurate & timely delivery of solutions
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation and post-implementation phases
• Monitor & evaluate system performance, functionality, user satisfaction, and recommend enhancements or modifications as needed
• Provide training & support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems & processes
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis & system design

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall
• Experience with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and SQL queries is a plus
• Must have bachelor s degree
• Master s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or similar field a plus

Work Environment
