Provides expertise in the formulation of systems scope and objectives relative to the Sponsor’s plans and requirements. Determines operational objectives by studying mission functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats. Analyzes mission and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified cloud based systems. Works independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance related to the mission implications of the application of various systems. Devises and/or modifies procedures to solve technical problems related to cloud capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Creates detailed specifications from which programs and services will be written. Provides technical support for computer systems and associated networks. Troubleshoots, services, and repairs software applications running in the cloud. Provides software support to internal and/or external customers. Diagnoses reported software, and network problems; resolves problems or engages additional technical support as necessary. Maintains network diagrams and records, maintains trouble logs, instructs users in the use of applications. Investigates information, network, and communications needs of users and makes recommendations regarding software and cloud purchases.

Experience with cloud environments including AWS. Experience with Linux operating systems. Understanding of SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
