WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Instructs, directs, and checks the work of a team of business systems analysts.
• Oversees formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Provides oversight and execution to insure business systems are efficiently supporting business processes on a day-to-day basis
• Engages with business personnel to continually evaluate alignment of business processes and supporting systems
• Initiates and leads short and long term process improvement initiatives.
• Serves as a liaison between the business and IT for initiating and assisting in development of business systems.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $113,600 - $149,100 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years related experience.
• Possesses full technical knowledge of systems analysis and has deep knowledge of the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to advise subordinates in order to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
