The Senior Business Systems Analysis Professional formulates and defines systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. In this role you will monitor and measure relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The team is accountable for delivering and supporting innovative advanced automation solutions, resulting in operational efficiency improvements. The team works on projects, developing and maintaining industry leading software.
