The Position

Business Process Analysts apply an in-depth knowledge of the agency's program areas to define and implement a solution to a given problem that requires an individually tailored response for end-user requirements.

The Business Process Analyst I is a key resource for this agency - bridging the gap between system users and IT Professionals. Duties include collaborating with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, eliciting business requirements, creating process maps and procedures, performing regulatory analyses, coordinating with development, and testing teams and creating software test plans.
