Utilizes flowcharts and process maps to define existing processes and identify areas needing improvement. Primary Purpose
This leader manages the Assortment Optimization process for one of the major category groups across the ADUSA network, driving collaboration, tool and process adoption and integration, and analysis efforts for internal partners and for our great local brands, related to both macro and micro space. This individual is responsible for a team of Assortment Analysts who run Assortment Optimization for categories within their category group that take place annually across the brands.
Responsible for supporting the funding and expense of the Single Source assortment program for their category groups, working closely with internal and external partners to hit key financial targets on an annual basis. This position will support the development of future macro and micro space tools that will be utilized by all ADUSA brands in support of the 110,000 in-store planograms and the Ecommerce facilities.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.
