Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  

Customer Onboarding and Training: 

• Provide comprehensive training and support for the McLeod Business Intelligence product and front-end BI tools, focusing on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI.
• Conduct training sessions on-site (2-3 days) or remotely via Teams.
• Emphasize understanding McLeod's models and teaching general analytical skills through BI programs.

Customer Customization Requests: 

• Collaborate with customers to define and document custom requirements for McLeod IQ.
• Work with McLeod IQ analysts or developers to create functional specifications for customizations.
• Develop custom reports using Power Query and back-end warehousing as needed.
• Ensure customer review and approval of specifications and Statements of Work (SOW).

Customer Support: 

• Address customer inquiries and provide product information, work order status updates, and general support via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and foster loyalty and retention.

Training and Education: 

• Assist in developing McLeod IQ training documentation and videos.
• Document processes and contribute to the reporting template repository.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on BI tools and best practices.
• Empower users to leverage BI capabilities for extracting valuable data insights.

Travel Requirement: 

• Ability to travel approximately 30%.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI for report building and data analytics (knowledge of Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft SSRS, and other BI tools is a plus).
• Customer service and training experience are preferred.
• Preferred but not required: Experience in the transportation industry and familiarity with McLeod’s LoadMaster and PowerBroker products.

Education/Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Logistics, or Data Science is preferred.
• 1 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role or Customer Service role preferred.
