    They also possess an impressive network, containing strong business relationships with clients in commercial finance, factoring, ABL, and private equity markets.

    Duties and Responsibilities include: 

    • Cultivate long term relationships with a vast network of strategic partnerships across the country including ABL’s, private equity sponsors, investment banks, attorneys, business bankers/consultants, etc. 
    • Manage pipeline of current and prospective partnerships to grow business
    • Motivate and incentivize current partners to remain engaged and send business
    • Represent organization in various functions like conferences and tradeshows

    Qualifications: 

    • 10 years of experience in business development managing strategic partnerships
    • Proven success in relationship building and leading strategic initiatives
    • Strong ability to influence and engage partners across a variety of industries
    • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, negotiating agreements, communication and creative skills
    • Thorough understanding of the business and how to sell it to prospective partners
    • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with strong attention to detail and steadfast commitment to excellence
