Your Role
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Business
Development Professional in the Bay Area. Candidates should have an
advanced understanding of the industry market with a strong background in
selling professional services in validation, quality, engineering, and related.
Seeking excellent communication and people skills, to develop and maintain
long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. Travel is required.
- Develop comprehensive business
development strategies and drive overall business objectives and growth.
- Proactively identify and engage with
potential clients to understand their needs and effectively deliver our
tailored solutions.
- Drive client engagement, cultivating
relationships with new and existing customers and serving as primary point of
contact.
- Identify market trends and actively
target new business opportunities in the life science industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to
identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients to identify key growth
areas.
- Analyze competitors and industry
dynamics to inform strategic business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Utilize
data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong,
long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and a deep
understanding of client requirements.
- Monitor client satisfaction and
proactively address any concerns or challenges.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts,
and financial plans related to business development activities.
- Monitor
financial performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing
corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to
upper management.
- Travel and represent the company at
industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and
visibility within the life science community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to
ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance,
fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

Estimated Annual Base Salary (dependent on experience) $90,000 - $120,000.
