Building and Grounds Supervisor jobs in Missouri

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Grounds and Building Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the indoor and outdoor areas of our facilities to ensure a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Duties:
- Perform custodial duties related to the maintenance and cleaning of assigned buildings
- Conduct maintenance inspections of city buildings on a weekly basis
- Clear snow and ice from walkways during winter months
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Perform interior painting and repairs
- Clean and wax floors
- Purchase cleaning and sanitary products and minor repair items

Experience:
- 1-2 years of facilities maintenance
- Additional training in general electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.45 - $24.67 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
