Summary : Job Description: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Effectively manages team members in a manner consistent with ThedaCare policies and values. Ensures the recruitment and retention of competent team members to meet the needs of the business operations of the department. Is accountable for daily activities and work processes that result in quality outcomes. Oversees and ensures accuracy of time and attendance and payroll practices. Develops and achieves short- and long-term sales strategies to achieve growth, sales targets, and revenues. Implements a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and ensure a strong presence. Cultivates effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts. Builds and maintains trusting relationships with independent brokers. Maintains knowledge about market environment, competitors, and changes in healthcare care systems, and shares this information with relevant stake holders. Manages sales and service staff to include setting individual sales targets, delegating customer accounts, coordinating sales action plans, overseeing activities and performance, ensuring necessary resources, and monitoring achievement of sales objectives. Develops, evaluates, and implements appropriate new sales tools and techniques. Provides leadership, including staff development, of the sales and service team. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in ¬business Five years of progressive responsibility in customer relationship management Three years of leadership experience to include leading teams and/or projects PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance Job classification is not exposed to blood borne pathogens (blood or bodily fluids) while performing job duties WORK ENVIRONMENT: Normally works in climate controlled office environment Frequent sitting with movement throughout office space Use of computers throughout the work day Travel required, day trips driving to prospects, customers, brokers Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Scheduled FTE: 1 Location: ThedaCare at Work - Capitol - Appleton,Wisconsin Overtime Exempt: Yes About ThedaCare ThedaCare is a community health system consisting of seven hospitals, numerous clinics and related services.We are the third largest health care employer in Wisconsin and the largest employer in the state's second largest economic market - Northeast Wisconsin - with approximately 6,800 employees.
