Our accounting office is looking for a good candidate to join our team. We are a professional and friendly company located south of Oregon City. This position is for an honest employee with bookkeeping/accounting experience who is QuickBooks proficient. Please reference our list below of our ideal qualifications for a potential employee:

• QuickBooks experience both desktop and online.
• Ability to reconcile accounts.
• Knowledge, understanding, and experience with financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a group and independent settings.
• Ability to focus 100% on the task at hand.

Job Tasks Will Include:

• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Financial review for customers along with preparation of financial reports.
• Processing client paperwork and receipts.
• Data Entry.
• Field work (travel to clients and do the above tasks).
• Project work as required.
